Construction Role

We play a strategic role in helping our commerical partners plane and schedule the contrcuttion programme and also help with estimating budgetary bill of quantities.

We supervise the installation of the MEP services, from first fix to commisioning and witnsessing. We provide post construction defect supervision and reporting.

we help our clients deal with regulatory procedures – during the actual construction phase, there are many separate factors that need to be monitored and coordinated. Our specialist engineers supervise the installatons, contractor drawing proposals (approve or reject), and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure end product is as per the ER brief.

• Site supervision, ensuring compliance with construction permits, planning construction work and all relevant procedures
• Coordinating the specialists involved in construction supervision (e.g. specialist engineers)
• Reviewing construction layouts and overseeing equipment schedules
• Compiling commisioning programme with main contractor. 
• Liasing with contractors and subcontractor to make sure all inforation is available fo the development of the O&M's document
• Montioring the completion of log books
• Tracking and supervising building assessment schemes are adhered to i.e. BREEAM, LEED etc.
• providing full support to MEP contractor for costing
• Providing detailed construction drawings
• Provide installation drawings
• Liaise wih client team to comprehend detailed design deliverables.
