We carry out alot of £D assessment/modelling during the feasibility stages to ensure that the building being proposed is capable of delivering the proposed low energy and carbon, the heating and cooling loads are adequate for sizing main plant, the environmental temperature stratification of the space is well balanced. During the the design and construction stage of the design, it's important that the mechanical and electrical services are coordinated and the services are coorinated with the building structure. we also carry out lighting 3d design to measure lux levels and external lighting noise.

In order to carry out these assessments, we have accredited engineers with years of experience to carry out low carbon assessments, CFD modelling, REVIT coordination, energy assessment etc.
